The challenge

Waseef manages residential, commercial and retail properties and communities across Qatar. Their website had to present the company, list available units for lease and sale, and publish projects, news and tenders. Content had to stay in their own hands, on their own servers, in English and Arabic.

Our approach

We proposed two design directions, a corporate-first layout and an integrated search layout, each with two variants. The site runs on SharePoint with a React front end. Every content type is a SharePoint list, so the Waseef team edits projects, units, news and tenders without code. We deployed it on Waseef servers on IIS and handed over a content editor guide.

What we built

  • Bilingual website in English and Arabic, right-to-left and left-to-right
  • Unit listings for lease and sale, with filters by location, size and price
  • Managed projects showcase
  • Key sectors, services and expertise pages
  • News and announcements
  • Tenders section
  • Careers and contact pages, with a link to the tenant portal
  • SharePoint CMS lists: projects, units, news, tenders, services, sectors, certifications and page text
  • Deployment on Waseef servers on IIS
  • Content editor guide and post-handover support
