Who we are

This website is run by Vibes Technologies QFZ LLC, registered with the Qatar Free Zones Authority (FZA No. 268), Office 30, Business & Innovation Park, Ras Bufontas Free Zone, Doha, Qatar. We decide how the personal data collected on this website is used. For any privacy question, email connect@vibes.services.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and run this website.

• Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. We also record your IP address with the message, to stop spam and abuse.
• Phone, email and WhatsApp: the details you choose to share when you contact us directly.
• Server logs: our web server records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
• Analytics and advertising: we may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to count visits and measure how our ads perform. These tools load after you start using the page and use cookies or similar identifiers.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It processes technical data from your browser and device for this check only.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver and support the services you buy from us, and to invoice them.
• To protect this website from spam, abuse and attacks.
• To understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only what they need:

• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our mailbox.
• Zoho, which hosts our business email.
• Cloudflare, for the Turnstile spam check.
• Google and Meta, for analytics and ad measurement when those tools are active.
• Our payment provider, when you pay an invoice online. You enter card details on the provider's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.

Transfers outside Qatar

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Qatar. We use established providers that protect the data they handle.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as we need it to answer you and work with you, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business and accounting records. After that we delete it.

Your rights

Under Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can object to its use for marketing. Email connect@vibes.services. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
