We are a web design and development company in Qatar. We build websites, e-commerce stores and mobile apps for established businesses, with 150+ projects delivered since 2021.

Vibes is a web design company in Qatar, registered with the Qatar Free Zones Authority under FZA No. 268. Our office is in the Business & Innovation Park, Ras Bufontas Free Zone, Doha. Since 2021 we have delivered 150+ websites, e-commerce stores and mobile apps for companies in real estate, facilities management, retail, engineering and defense.
We design and build each site in Arabic and English, with a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic. Your team gets a content management system and training, so you can update pages without us. When the project is paid, the domain, code and content are in your name. After launch, support terms are written down, so you know who fixes what and how fast. If you are comparing website design in Qatar, open our live client sites and read our Google reviews before you decide.

Industries
Each sector needs different things from a website. Here is what we focus on for the industries we work with most.
Real estate sites need clear project pages, good photography and a simple way to enquire. Developers also need sections for investors and corporate news. Arabic and English content must stay in step.
Facilities companies serve tenants, owners and corporate clients at the same time. The site must help each group find units, services or the right contact quickly. Links to tenant portals and service requests should be easy to find.
Online stores need a clean product catalogue, fast mobile pages and a checkout that works with local payment and delivery. Your team must be able to add products and change prices without a developer.
Engineering and contracting firms are judged on capability and track record. Their sites need clear service pages, project references and certifications. Procurement teams should be able to find what they need in a few clicks.
Defense and security suppliers need a serious, credible site that explains capabilities without oversharing. Content is often reviewed carefully, so the CMS and approval flow matter.
Food businesses need menus that are easy to update, good food photography and a fast path to order or book. Most visitors come from a phone, so mobile speed comes first.

Services
We focus on these three services, plus AI assistants that answer your customers.
Our specialty
iOS and Android apps for customers, staff or field teams, built from one codebase.
Corporate websites and platforms your marketing team can update without calling us.
Online stores that take payments in Qatar and are easy to run every day.
Mobile apps
We design, build and publish apps for your customers, staff or field teams. One codebase runs on both iPhone and Android.
What is included
How an app project runs
We agree the features, screens and scope, then send a written plan and price.
You test a clickable prototype before we write code.
We build the app and dashboard, connect your systems and share test builds.
We release on the App Store and Google Play, then keep the app updated.
AI chat assistant
We build a chat assistant for your business. It replies to every enquiry straight away, so no lead waits until morning.
Powered by Wiral AI, our AI assistant product.
Example conversation. A customer asks in Arabic about the price of a website. The assistant replies in Arabic, says the team will send a quote, and offers a call. The customer switches to English to book the call. The assistant offers two time slots and confirms the booking.
Why companies choose Vibes
Vibes Technologies QFZ LLC is registered with the Qatar Free Zones Authority, FZA No. 268. You sign with a Qatar entity and get a Qatar invoice.
Real estate, facilities management, retail and engineering companies trust us with their main website.
Your team edits pages, news and listings themselves. We train them at handover and leave written guides.
HTTPS, hardened hosting, regular updates and fast pages. We build to pass your IT team's review.
After launch we stay on. Support contracts with agreed response times, not favours.
A fixed scope, a written plan and weekly progress. Most corporate sites launch in weeks, not months.
How we work
We meet your team, agree goals and scope, and send a written plan with timeline and price.
You see the real pages before we build. We revise until your stakeholders sign off.
We develop, connect your systems and load content. You review on a private staging link.
We go live, train your team and stay on under a support contract.
Support and maintenance
Most problems start after a website goes live. Our maintenance contracts cover the work nobody else wants to own.
Ask about a support planFast, secure servers set up and watched by us.
Core, plugin and dependency updates applied and tested.
Weekly backups with tested restore.
We get alerted when your site is down, often before you notice.
Critical issues answered within 4 hours, normal requests within 1 business day.
Content and design updates handled by the same team that built it.

"Excellent service. Professional, good advice, always on time and available."
Most agencies make the same claims. These checks help you test them in a few minutes, before you sign anything.
Ask for the licence number and check it with the issuing authority. The company should be able to sign a contract and issue an invoice in its own name in Qatar.
Screenshots are not enough. Open three of their client sites on your phone. Check speed, Arabic pages and whether the forms work.
Read the reviews, not only the stars. Look for clients who describe the project, the support and how problems were handled.
Ask who the domain will be registered to and who holds the source code. Get the answer in the contract, so you are never locked in.
Your team should be able to edit pages, news and images. Ask for a short live demo of editing a page, and ask if training is included.
Ask what support costs, how you request a change and how fast they respond. Response times should be written down, not promised on a call.
Arabic pages should be laid out right to left, with real Arabic copy. Machine translation pasted into an English layout is easy to spot.
The proposal should list pages, features and languages, so you can compare quotes like for like. Payment should be tied to clear milestones.
Run the same checks on us. We are licensed with the Qatar Free Zones Authority, FZA No. 268, with an office in Doha. Our client sites are live and linked from our work page. We have a 5.0 Google rating from 91 reviews. We hand over the domain and code in your name, train your team on the CMS and put support terms in writing.
FAQ
Questions clients ask us before they start.
Most corporate websites take 4 to 8 weeks from signed scope to launch. Larger platforms, e-commerce stores and mobile apps take longer, depending on integrations and content. You get a written timeline with milestones before we start, so your team knows what is needed from them and when.
Yes. We set up a content management system so your team can edit pages, news, listings and images without writing code. At handover we train your team and give you written guides. If you prefer, we can also handle updates for you under a support contract.
You do. Once the project is paid, the code, design files, domain and content belong to your company. We hand over all logins and access, so you are never locked in to us.
We can. We offer managed hosting with security updates, backups and uptime monitoring. If your IT team prefers your own servers or cloud account, we deploy there and document the setup.
We offer support and maintenance contracts with agreed response times. They cover security updates, bug fixes, small content and design changes, and monitoring. You can start a contract at launch or add one later.
It depends on what your team needs to run. We build custom sites with React, Next.js and Astro, CMS sites with WordPress, online stores on Shopify, and mobile apps with Flutter or React Native. We explain the trade-offs in cost, speed and ease of editing before you decide.
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share any confidential details. Vibes Technologies QFZ LLC is a registered Qatar Free Zone company, so the agreement is with a local legal entity.
Yes. We work with in-house IT teams on hosting, security reviews, email and system integrations. We share technical documentation and follow your internal policies. Your IT team gets full access to review the code and the setup.
There is no single best company for every business. The right one is the one that passes your checks. Ask for its local registration, open its live portfolio, read its Google reviews, confirm you get CMS handover and training, and ask for a written support plan. Vibes is licensed with the Qatar Free Zones Authority, FZA No. 268. Our client sites are live, and we have a 5.0 Google rating from 91 reviews. We suggest you run the same checks on us as on anyone else.
Start with a short list of three. Check each one is registered in Qatar. Open their client sites on your phone and test the Arabic pages and forms. Read their Google reviews for detail. Ask who will own the domain and code, whether CMS training is included, and what support costs after launch. Then compare written proposals with the same scope, so the prices mean the same thing.
It depends on the type of site and the scope. A corporate site, an online store and a custom platform are priced very differently. The number of pages, languages, integrations and the support you need all change the cost. Our website cost guide explains what drives the price, so you can plan a budget before you ask for quotes.
